I was so glad I booked my transfers with Ukrainetransfers.com . I received confirmation by e-mail within a couple of minutes which was reassuring. The driver was there at my arrival and handed me rented GSM phone with ukrainian number that I also ordered. The vehicle was perfect and the driver very friendly. He spoke good english and gave me a lot of useful local information on where to go while in Kyiv. On my way back to the airport driver came 30 minutes before appointed time, and waited for me in the car. If I return to Ukraine in the future I would definetly book my transfer with you.

In Odessa airport I was met by my driver Alex and immediately he helped me with my 2 bags. The car was perfect and Alex was a very good driver on a really snowy road. When we arrived to my apartment he also carried my biggest bag to the door for me.
Dmitry was my driver for the return trip to Odessa airport. He arrived early, and again carried my biggest bag to the car. His English was excellent too. The vehicle was immaculate and it was a very smooth, enjoyable drive on a snowy Odessa road.
I am returning to Odessa in August and I will certainly use Ukraine trasnfers again, and would thoroughly recommend it.

We were met at the airport by a representative who escorted us to the car, which was well air conditioned, cool, clean, comfortable and spacious. The driver took us very quickly exactly to the right complex in Zatoka, and helped us with baggage. On return the driver was prompt and even gave the kids some candies. Would definitely use this service again next summer.

I have used this company 3 times already and never had any problems. Drivers have always been on time and very friendly. Pre-arrival shopping is also very helpful when you come to your apartment after a long flight and have fresh fruits and vegetables in refrigerator!
